1. DSM从套件中心里安装Python
2. 传输附件zip到共享文件夹里
3. SSH到DSM，解压刚才的zip到某目录
4. 执行（或者写个脚本) python server.py [DSM的IP地址] [希望的KMS端口] &，例如我的是 python server.py 192.168.1.204 1688 &
5. 到想激活的Windows里，从开始菜单里以管理员方式运行cmd.exe，如果是Windows 8/8.1/Server 2012/Server 2012 R2等，请使用Win+X后点选；
6. 老一套的激活三部曲
1> slmgr.vbs /skms [DSM的IP地址]:[希望的KMS端口] ，例如我的 slmgr.vbs /skms 192.168.1.204:1688
2> slmgr.vbs /ipk “KMS的激活码”
3> slmgr.vbs /ato
7. 如果开着SSH，可以看到命令行下有显示，几秒钟就完成激活
Readme里写的 Supports activating(支持激活) Windows 7/8/8.1/2008R2/2012/2012R2 and Office 2010/2013.
回复有惊喜… 
因为Python版本的KMS服务器不会持续一直运行，建议增加一个计划任务，需要的时候手工Run一下。
